Welcome to Mobility Swab a certified DNA mobile testing lab. Services provided are 100% confidential, Choice DNA affiliation. Offered DNA testing; Paternity, Ancestry, Immigration & Gender Reveal (mandatory consultation required for Gender reveal test).
Documentation:
All parties involved must provide (via email) a copy of a state issued identification prior to testing service. (Bringing in hardcopy of identification to testing appointment).
Children- state issued birth certificate acceptable (parent signature needed).
Intake form to be completed 48 hours prior to test date.
Fees:
Confirmed test maybe reseduled up to (1 time). Rescheduling there after will result in a $60.00 fee. 24 hour CANCELATION fee of $20.00
15 Minutes waiting period (waiting time begins promptly from confirmed appointment time).
Mileage Rates:
Standard mileage rates apply. 2024 IRS rate ( .67 cents) departing from Norwalk CT to confirmed testing location. Out of state cost vary.
ALL MILAGE RATES PAID 24hours prior to confirmed test time.
